BANCUS offers prepaid credit cards to its customers through the implementation of electronic wallet solutions. Their use is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Debit Card agreement, which must be read and accepted by the cardholder after completing due diligence in accordance with the provisions required by law.
Regarding credit cards
Credit cards are subject to approval by Cryptolat, who are solely responsible for providing technical, operational, and technological support, as well as for applying the terms and conditions related to the management of your Debit Card. The usage, rates, fees, interest, commissions, and other costs applicable to the Debit Card are detailed in the cardholder's contract, as well as the liability and consumer protection, complaints mechanism, and any modifications will be transparently disclosed through the platform and in advance.

The cardholder and any additional cardholders agree not to use the card for any illegal activity or any activity related to money laundering or terrorist financing. Violation of this obligation will result in immediate cancellation of the card and notification to the appropriate authorities.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to the Debit Cardholder. Continued use of the card after notification will constitute acceptance of the modifications by the Cardholder.
The software and/or computing resources used to operate the platform are dynamic, not static. Consequently, they may require modifications, adaptations to user needs, and the removal of obsolete parts, which could lead to short but necessary service interruptions, as well as changes to certain terms of use. Considering that these modifications are for improvements, we will communicate them as far in advance as circumstances permit.
Among the subscribers, namely:
BANCUS, trade name of WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV, a corporation duly registered under the laws of Mexico and domiciled at Paloma 1191, San Fernando, Huixquilucan, CP 52765, Mexico. Company that in alliance with Cryptolat, provides a service platform to facilitate digital asset transactions globally, by itself or through third parties through its website www.go.bancus.io, (hereinafter, THE PLATFORM), on the one hand and, on the other, THE CARDHOLDER, is a natural or legal person, who has complied with the due diligence required by WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV and voluntarily agrees to enter into this Agreement for the Issuance and Use of Prepaid Debit Card with WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV, subject to the following:
DEFINITIONS:
- COMMISSION FOR USE OF THE PLATFORM: Commission only applies to 4% card top-ups for the PLATFORM service. All other services are free (e.g., transfers between users, crypto funding).
- COST OF THE CARD: A single cost for the card, both VIRTUAL and PHYSICAL, of USDT $75.
- WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV PLATFORM CONTRACT: Contract that regulates the WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV Platform through its website www.go.bancus.io
- TRADEMARK USE AGREEMENT: WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV declares that, by virtue of agreements entered into with Debit Card issuers, it is authorized to manage the issuance of cards with the international registration trade name VISA or MASTERCARD, in accordance with the requirements and standards of Cryptolat and the credit card issuers with which it maintains agreements.
- ACCOUNT: Account on the BANCUS Platform that must be kept open during the term of this Contract, in order to deposit, as a minimum, the sums of money equivalent to the total of the operations that THE CLIENT intends to carry out and the charges that he/she will incur for the use of the PREPAID CARD.
- STATEMENT: Document prepared by WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV, and/or BANCUS containing the description of the different operations in which the PREPAID CARD has been used, which will be communicated to THE CARDHOLDER in the agreed manner and in compliance with the requirements set forth in the Law.
- AFFILIATED COMPANY: Commercial, financial, industrial or service establishment, with whom an affiliation agreement has been signed so that THE CARDHOLDER can use the PREPAID CARD whose issuance has been managed by BANCUS for the acquisition of money or for the leasing or acquisition of goods or services.
- WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV: WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV, SA (BANCUS)
- THE PLATFORM: Platform accessed on the World Wide Web (www.go.bancus.io)
- CARDHOLDER: Person who signs a CONTRACT for the Issue and Use of a Prepaid Debit Card with WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV (BANCUS), in whose name a Prepaid Debit Card is issued and who will be responsible for the balances and obligations generated by the use of said Prepaid Debit Card.
- PREPAID DEBIT CARD or PREPAID CARD: It is a card made of plastic material, issued in favor of THE CARDHOLDER, which has a balance of money associated with an account that THE CARDHOLDER maintains with The Platform.
- ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER: Person or persons expressly designated and authorized in writing to receive a PREPAID CARD in his or her name to be used within the same limit approved for THE CARDHOLDER.
BANCUS will manage the issuance and delivery of a PREPAID CARD in favor of CARDHOLDERThe card will show the card number assigned to it, the name and signature of the CARDHOLDER, the expiration date, the emblems of VISA either MASTERCARD and of BANCUS, and any other emblems that BANCUS determine.
The PREPAID CARD It is non-transferable and will at all times be the property of BANCUS who may, at any time and without the need for a specific cause, revoke or suspend the right to use said PREPAID CARD, without prior notice. The right to use the PREPAID CARD, it may not be used by the CARDHOLDER. In this case, the CARDHOLDER They expressly agree to cancel, at the request of BANCUS, the total amount that they owe or may owe.
The CARDHOLDER, upon presentation of the PREPAID CARD, may obtain or acquire goods, services or cash advances from those natural or legal persons that are part of the system of VISA OR MASTERCARD. The use of the PREPAID CARD for any purpose other than that indicated will result in the revocation of the PREPAID CARD, without any liability for BANCUS.
The CARDHOLDER each time they use the PREPAID CARD, will sign a demand promissory note for the amount of the goods, services or advances acquired, this promissory note must be delivered to the selling person or company.
The CARDHOLDER accepts that, given the technical advances and the novel ways of using the PREPAID CARD, such promissory notes may have the following characteristics:
- That do not contain the signature of the CARDHOLDER or of THE CARDHOLDER(S) ADDITIONAL(S) by virtue of purchases made by this person (these) by telephone, mail or internet, in which case the amounts for the cost of the contracted product or service will not necessarily have to be subscribed by the person CARDHOLDER or by THE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER(S).
- That have minor printing defects.
- That the charges corresponding to the goods or services acquired and the cash advances made are issued manually or by electronic means, which, in the latter case, may even cause a promissory note or demand draft to not be issued.
BANCUS is obliged to cancel the amount of the acquisition of goods, services and cash advances made by the CARDHOLDER through the use of the PREPAID CARD, before those persons or commercial establishments that are part of the international Debit Card system VISA either MASTERCARD, provided that the terms and conditions contained in this contract have been complied with. In this sense, it will be understood that the payments you make BANCUS for the use of the PREPAID CARD, are on behalf of the CARDHOLDER who will be obliged to pay said sums to BANCUS in the manner stipulated in this contract.
BANCUS is not responsible for the condition, price, quantity or quality of the goods, merchandise or services acquired by THE CARDHOLDER I THE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER(S) through the use of the PREPAID CARD in affiliated companies and establishments, so any claim or dispute in this regard must be addressed or resolved exclusively with the seller or the Company or Establishment where the purchase was made. Failure by the Company or Affiliated Establishment or the Seller in no way affects BANCUS who will have the right to collect the respective amounts reflected in the Statement of Account of THE CARDHOLDER.
In case of return or reduction of the price of the merchandise or service, the right of THE CARDHOLDER and THE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER(S) as appropriate, is limited to requiring a copy of the corresponding credit note from the Seller or Affiliated Establishment, and if the adjustment does not appear in the following Account Statement, the corresponding claim must be made to the Seller or Affiliated Establishment.
BANCUS is not responsible for loss or damage caused by unauthorized fraudulent use of the PREPAID CARD under the account of THE CARDHOLDER nor by the illicit use of your secret code (PIN). It is conclusively presumed between BANCUS and THE CARDHOLDER that any transaction carried out through the PREPAID CARD has been carried out and authorized by THE CARDHOLDER.
THE CARDHOLDER will be responsible for those invoices in which, even without your signature or if it is different, the sales receipt or promissory note contains the impression of the data engraved in relief of the PREPAID CARD, made using the seller's printer, retaining the obligation to corroborate this information with their account statement in order to file any claim. Similarly, THE CARDHOLDER will be responsible to BANCUS even in those cases where the data on the invoice or promissory note prepared by the seller appears illegible THE CARDHOLDER that proves the transaction. In the latter case, the invoice date will be deemed to be the date the seller deposited the promissory note.
THE CARDHOLDER You will be responsible for purchases made on both secure and unsecured sites on the Internet and must ensure that your security information is not exposed on public sites on the Internet, as well as internal communication networks.

This monthly statement will be sent within the next ten (10) business days from the statement closing date to the registered address of the CARDHOLDER in BANCUS or in the ACCOUNT of THE CARDHOLDER in BANCUS.
Said statement of account will include the monthly charges incurred, as well as any other expenses that must be paid by the CARDHOLDER according to this Contract. After thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the statement of account or publication (as the case may be) of the referred statement of account without the CARDHOLDER has objected to it in writing, it will be deemed accepted by the CARDHOLDER, who will not be able to present any claim to BANCUS after said period, therefore, the balances contained therein will be considered recognized and will be final. BANCUS may vary, with thirty (30) calendar days' notice, the date of issue or sending of the account statements.
THE CARDHOLDER is obliged to maintain BANCUS informed about your changes regarding residential address, business address, PO Box, email address, and telephone numbers, it being understood that any shipment made to the last address registered in BANCUS It will be understood as having been carried out in a valid manner.
The Statement of Account will be understood as recognized and legally accepted by THE CARDHOLDER If the latter does not object to it by means of a written note duly delivered to BANCUS within thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the Statement of Account by BANCUSAfter this period of time, THE CARDHOLDER will not be entitled to file a claim BANCUS the balance indicated in the Statement of Account being considered final.
- Protect the PREPAID CARD with due diligence. THE CARDHOLDER must maintain its PREPAID CARD and the secret code (PIN) associated with it exclusively in your possession.
- Keep and safeguard your PIN separate from the PREPAID CARD.
- Do not allow the use of your PREPAID CARD or your secret code (PIN) to third parties.
- When making a transaction with the PREPAID CARD Do not disclose or entrust your secret access code to ATMs and other electronic systems to anyone.
- Make payments for the use of the Debit Card on time with due diligence.
- Verify the amount and the accuracy of the information before signing payment receipts.
- Request and retain payment receipts and other documents for the purchase of goods and use of services until you receive the account statement and are satisfied with it.
- Ensure the correct use of the additional cards you request and authorize to issue.
- Ensure the maintenance, proper management and conservation of the credit limit.
- Indicate to BANCUS the postal address or home address assigned to the PREPAID CARD, so that it may send you account statements or any other relevant information or communication.
- Inform BANCUS when you do not receive the statement within the established period.
- Check the procedures for making timely claims about the products and services you purchase with your card.
- Make claims within the period established in the contract. THE CARDHOLDER understands and accepts that claims will be handled in accordance with the times defined for such purposes by VISA either MASTERCARD in its operating regulations.
- Inform immediately to BANCUS theft, robbery or loss of the card.
In case the PREPAID CARD is lost, stolen or robbed, THE CARDHOLDER must immediately notify BANCUS through the alternate channels that BANCUS has at your disposal twenty-four (24) hours a day, The CARDHOLDER will be unlimitedly responsible for consumption, cash advances, quasi cash and other uses made of the PREPAID CARD until the next business day after said notification. In case of failure to make the notification referred to in this point, the responsibility of THE CARDHOLDER will end on the expiration date of the PREPAID CARD. THE CARDHOLDER will be responsible for the proper use of the PREPAID CARD and consequently will not allow unauthorized persons to use it. If this happens, THE CARDHOLDER will be responsible for the payments given.
In the cases of loss, theft or robbery mentioned above, THE CARDHOLDER is obliged to comply with the following:
- Communicate to BANCUS in writing or by telephone or through THE CHECK, the loss, theft or robbery of the PREPAID CARD immediately the event occurs.
- Be responsible for all charges resulting from the loss, theft or robbery of PREPAID CARD, if you have not taken out fraud insurance.
- Be responsible for paying the agreed-upon deductible amount for fraud insurance, if purchased.
- Submit a written claim for transactions recorded in your account due to loss, theft, or robbery, if you have purchased fraud insurance, so that the corresponding claim can be submitted to the Insurance Company.
BANCUS will be able to manage the issuance of a new one PREPAID CARD In case of loss, theft or robbery, without the foregoing meaning a variation or alteration of the terms and conditions of this CONTRACT, assuming THE CARDHOLDER the payment of the cost for issuing the new card, which will be USDT$40.
The validity of this Contract is ONE (1) year from the issuance of the PREPAID CARDHowever, this term will be automatically extended for successive periods of ONE (1) year each, unless one of the parties notifies the other at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance, upon expiration of the original period or one of its extensions, as the case may be, of its desire that the corresponding extension not be made. In this regard, THE CARDHOLDER acknowledges and accepts that BANCUS, being the sole owner of the plastic and due to internal policies, may terminate this contract at any time, upon written notice.
Without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement, it is understood and agreed that BANCUS may declare the term overdue and demand full payment of the sum owed by THE CARDHOLDER, and at the same time terminate this Contract immediately, by giving written notice, if any of the following events occur:
- That THE CARDHOLDER is seized, embargoed, or declared bankrupt or in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Yeah THE CARDHOLDER does not regularly maintain sufficient funds available in the ACCOUNT to cover commissions, charges, taxes and other charges that must be made on the PREPAID CARD in accordance with this Contract, as established in the tariff schedule.
- Yeah THE CARDHOLDER breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Law or any arrangement agreed with BANCUS.
- Yeah THE CARDHOLDER become involved in any act or circumstances related to money laundering, or illegal operations or events that contravene current laws.
- If it is proven that THE CARDHOLDER has submitted false or irregular documents or information for the acquisition of the PREPAID CARD or other obligation, credit facility or product offered by BANCUS
- When there is an indication of fraud or any damage against BANCUS by the CARDHOLDER either THE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER(S).
- Failure to comply with the CARDHOLDER from any of the obligations arising from this Agreement.
- Yeah THE CARDHOLDER maintains other overdue obligations with BANCUS
- For the death of the THE CARDHOLDER.
- Yeah THE CARDHOLDER refuses to accept or rejects the modifications that BANCUS carry out this Contract.
- For any reason that, in the opinion of BANCUS makes it necessary to cancel the PREPAID CARD.
Termination of this Agreement for any of the reasons listed in this section will immediately suspend the right to THE CARDHOLDER to use the PREPAID CARD.
BANCUS has implemented policies and procedures for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, which are mandatory for THE CARDHOLDER.
THE CARDHOLDER certifies that the funds in this Agreement are the proceeds of lawful commercial activities. Additionally, it declares THE CLIENT who knows and is responsible for the legal origin of the funds with which he will carry out transactions with BANCUS Yeah THE CARDHOLDER becomes: (a) linked, by the competent national or international authorities, to any type of investigation for drug-related crimes, such as but not limited to drug trafficking, narcotics trafficking, terrorism, kidnapping, money laundering, terrorist financing and/or administration of resources related to terrorist activities or other crimes related to money laundering and terrorist financing; (b) included in lists for the control of money laundering and terrorist financing administered by any national or foreign authority, such as the list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued by the Treasury of the United States of America, the list of the United Nations Organization and other public lists related to the issue of money laundering and terrorist financing; or (c) convicted by the competent national or international authorities in any type of judicial process related to the commission of the aforementioned crimes in any jurisdiction, it will be understood that THE CARDHOLDER has breached this contract.
It will also be understood that THE CARDHOLDER has breached this Agreement if any of its legal representatives are linked to any investigation by the competent national or international authorities, or if it is proven by a court ruling that they have engaged in any of the conduct classified as Money Laundering offenses in the Criminal Code.
Likewise, THE CARDHOLDER declares that he/she is aware of and in compliance with, has not previously violated, and has not been charged with or convicted of violating, the law that adopts measures to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and dictates other provisions.
Failure by THE CARDHOLDER, in accordance with the provisions of this clause, will result in BANCUS declare this Contract terminated by operation of law without the need for a prior judicial declaration from a competent authority.
The CARDHOLDER hereby accepts that BANCUS may, without prior notice or notification to THE CARDHOLDER, assign, negotiate, sell or transfer, in whole or in part, any of the credits derived from this CONTRACT, as well as any other rights derived from it, without the need to notify THE CARDHOLDER nor to obtain their acceptance.
THE CARDHOLDER authorizes BANCUS for the purposes of this CONTRACT, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, assignees or successors, as well as any company that through an assignment, administration or portfolio purchase transaction acquires the rights to my accounts and/or credits, to, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Law, request, consult, compile, exchange and transmit to any data information agency, banks or economic agents information related to the accounts, obligations or credit transactions that I maintain with BANCUS.
THE CARDHOLDER authorizes WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, assignees or successors, as well as any company that, through a transfer, administration or portfolio purchase operation, acquires the rights to my accounts and/or credits to make inquiries about my personal data when WOOF MARKET SAPI DE CV deems it necessary.
THE CARDHOLDER exonerates BANCUS from any consequences or liability resulting from the exercise of requesting or providing information, or by reason of any authorizations contained in this letter, to BANCUS to its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, assignees and/or successors, its employees, executives, directors, officers or agents, as well as any company that through a transfer, administration or portfolio purchase transaction acquires the rights to my accounts and/or credits.
It is understood that BANCUS will provide, upon request, all credit information collected based on this authorization.
This authorization will remain in force so that BANCUS exercise it as many times as necessary, for as long as it remains in force with THE CARDHOLDER the relationship object of this CONTRACT.
For all legal purposes, including execution by BANCUS THE CARDHOLDER It is advisable that the balance of the obligations in charge be considered correct and true. THE CARDHOLDER the one that appears in the books of BANCUS according to his own statement, so the certification he issues BANCUS Regarding the amount and enforceability of the outstanding balance, once reviewed or certified by a Certified Public Accountant, it will be fully valid in court and will provide executive merit, considering the sum expressed in said certification as clear, liquid and enforceable.
THE CARDHOLDER waiver of the address and the procedures of the executive trial, in the event that BANCUS need to resort to the courts of justice for the collection of this credit.
For all purposes of this Agreement, all payments, charges, and surcharges contemplated herein are understood to be established in Mexican pesos, the legal currency of Mexico.
THE CARDHOLDER and THE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER(S) accept that by using the
Card to purchase goods or services that are billed in a currency other than MXN$, BANCUS will convert the currency to Mexican pesos according to the exchange rate established by the Debit Card issuer, as applicable, at the time the transaction is processed for monetary exchange and its respective international settlement.
At the same time THE CARDHOLDER and THE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDER(S) accept
that BANCUS will charge a foreign currency conversion fee on the amount of the transaction made in foreign currency. THE CARDHOLDER and THE CARDHOLDER(S) ADDITIONAL(S) They accept that this commission may be varied from time to time, as determined by BANCUS, which will be reflected in the Price List, available at THE PLATFORM, table that THE CARDHOLDER(S) They are obliged to review and accept in advance before carrying out any transaction under this concept.
Any notice or notification that BANCUS should or wish to send you to THE CARDHOLDER according to this CONTRACT, will do so by choice BANCUS through any of the following means: (1) THE BANCUS PLATFORM (2) by email sent to the email address that THE CARDHOLDER would have provided to BANCUS either (3) by any other means BANCUS deems appropriate.
THE CARDHOLDER declares that all address, telephone and personal data contained in the Application for the PREPAID CARD, are true and undertakes to inform BANCUS by email or through THE CHECK in THE PLATFORM, of any change or modification that occurs in the information provided for the celebration of this CONTRACT and the issuance of the(s) PREPAID CARD(S).
It is agreed that BANCUS reserves the right and may increase or decrease charges and commissions, which will be communicated in THE PLATFORM.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mexico. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico for the resolution of any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement or its interpretation.
